Integrate conventional buttons Conventional buttons can be incorporated inexpensively into KNX with the 2-gang plus and 4-gang plus KNX push-button interfaces. The KNX push-button interfaces are the smallest of their kind and fit into conventional 60 mm switch boxes.
Connect KNX and radio The radio gateway connects the KNX to the Merten radio system and vice versa.

Control flexibly Practical: Their function can be tested by hand as soon as they are installed on site. The control units can be locked centrally at the touch of a button when the windows are to be cleaned.
These are only two advantages of the new blind/switch actuators, which are available for 8 blinds, 16 switches or 12 blinds/24 switches.
Greatest possible convenience, simple operation The universal dimmers for series installation, with their energy-saving technology, adapt automatically to every load type and are always the ideal solution. All conventional push-buttons can be connected and can thus feature the dimming function. That means complete freedom of choice when choosing the design of your Merten push-buttons.
Short-circuit-proof Different power supply units are available for the huge variety of KNX projects. The short-circuit-proof power supply units with output currents of 2x320 mA or 640 mA and optional emergency power modules supply up to 64 bus devices with power. They have integrated chokes as well as sliding switches for quickly disconnecting and resetting the power supply.
Perfect climate with KNX Larger buildings such as hotels, office blocks or clinics are faced with the challenge of controlling heating, air conditioning and ventilation for efficiency and comfort. Above all, operation needs to be made as simple as possible for users. An intelligent, compact solution for this: the KNX fan coil actuator from Merten. This allows, heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems to be controlled centrally and conveniently. All of this is done with a single unit via multi-function push-buttons with a room temperature control unit from the Merten switch range.
KNX power supply A standard construction size of 4TE makes planning and retrofitting KNX power supplies significantly easier. The current KNX power supply series supplies 160 mA, 320 mA and 640 mA to one line of bus devices respectively, depending on the version. In addition to these basic versions, a KNX power supply with an emergency power input is also available for each current level. In combination with the optional emergency power supply, the Merten KNX power supplies are able to meet even the highest safety standards.
Always there when you're out Gone away for the weekend and accidentally left the oven on? That can happen to anyone. It’s good to know that someone is keeping an eye on the house. And it doesn’t have to be a friend or neighbour. The TELECONTROLLER PLUS REG-K from Merten takes care of reporting and correcting these kinds of mistakes. The module reliably reports faults in building technology and corrects them via remote control. For instance, 6 loads can be switched on or off via the telephone network, and up to 6 alarm signals transmitted as a voice message, SMS, fax or e-mail to up to four freely selectable recipients.
Punctuality included as standard With the new Merten KNX timer, you are now providing your customers an efficient solution which ensures central, accurate to the second time control for the KNX bus. This has the option of operating in quartz mode, or of being synchronised to the signal of the atomic clock. Other advantages such as the flexible programming of time zones and summer/winter time round off the diverse range of applications. Incidentally, the integrated lithium battery ensures that the KNX timer remains operational even during a power failure.
All weather data under one umbrella With the new Merten KNX Basic weather station, you are offering your customers the perfect solution for doing so. This device records weather data such as wind speed, rain, brightness and temperature, all under one umbrella. Its functional principal is incredibly simple: the values measured by the Basic weather station are transmitted directly to the BUS via KNX which can in turn control utilities such as heating, lighting, blinds or awnings on the basis of this data. It’s practical: the KNX Basic weather station does not require an extra power supply. It is supplied directly with the bus voltage and 230 V AC.
Perceptibly more efficient Whether for lighting, heating, air conditioning or blinds – many KNX functions can now be regulated based on weather data such as brightness and outside temperature. The advantage is obvious: more efficiency, convenience and security. Now, with the new combi-sensor for brightness and temperature, you can offer your customers a smart solution that records both weather measurements using a single device.

The new software generation The new ETS 3 is available from KNX and ETS sales offices. The software is compatible with Win 98, NT, Win 2000 and XP operating systems.
