iF product design award 2006
The iF design award has been a solid, well-known trademark of excellent design since its introduction in 1953.
Besides the Bed Side Panel and the special ANTI-VANDALISM flush-mounted range Merten won this award for the intuitive usability of the user interface of merten@home.
Good Design Award 2004 merten@home was awarded the Good Design Award by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design in 2004. This is the oldest and most important prize for the best and most innovative product designs and concepts.
Nomination for the Design Prize of the Federal Republic of Germany 2006 This design prize is the official design award in the Federal Republic of Germany. No other design prize sets such strict criteria for participants. For this reason, many people refer to the Design Prize as the "Prize of all prizes".
