M+ VARIO - THE NEW MERTEN DISPLAY PANELS |

Under the heading: "M+ = The Plus from Merten for our distributors", we bring together all the activities that we offer to you as sales support. We support you personally and with our service when advising and planning on-location.
The new M+ Vario display panel system makes product presentation more flexible than ever before. Their narrow and modular format enables various products to be displayed on a minimal space. This makes it quick and easy to adjust to the room being used.
The Varios can be individually mounted or mounted next to each other on the wall. A hole template allows wall mounting to be completed in no time. If put into each other, they can be placed on tables and sales counters. For this purpose, one turning and one standing column are available as accessories, which can carry four modules each. A total of 16 different standard modules are available.

THE FUTURE OF SWITCHING |

An extraordinary design event took place with the title "The Design Annual. The Showcase of High-End Design" from 6 - 10 May in the Frankfurter Festhalle. Select premium brands presented top design products.
In an impressive light presentation with 200 incandescent lamps connected to 120 different switches, Merten demonstrated the beauty and functionality of switching to its professional customers and consumers who are interested in design.
In cooperation with Konstatntin Grcic and other famous designers, Merten researched and reflected on the culture of switching. This process resulted in new ideas on the subject of the switching of tomorrow.
The exciting design process with more innovative ideas has been published as a book by the Stylepark Publishing House. "Switch - the Culture of Switching" is available from the Stylepark Publishing House (ISBN: 3-00-018639-5).

Anyone planning or constructing a building depends on the experience of expert suppliers. Merten offers decades of experience in intelligent building technology.
Intelligent technology with a complete KNX solution from Merten has been installed in the new MSV Arena in Duisburg. In the VIP area, this technology can be operated using the LCD mini-panel MT 701. You can thus control lightscenes and temperature safely and efficiently.

New products
All new products are presented together in our new products brochure. In addition, we will put an KNX overview online in which all KNX articles including the new trade fair products are shown. That saves you having to compare the new products to the 2006 catalogue.
Push-button plus in System M
The push-button plus in the Thermoplastic classymatt and Thermoplastic brilliant versions is now available. Particularly interesting: The 4-gang push-button with an IR receiver can be controlled via the well-known Merten Distance IR remote control and many other IR remote controls such as the remote control of a CD player.
The most important advantages:
- Each key can be freely programmed.
- Each key has a freely programmable status LED.
- Delivered with a transparent protection hood.
- The protective hood can be written on using a labelling pen.
- Complete software options (e.g. improved pulse-edge functions, separate scene module with up to eight actuator groups).
Blind/switch actuator
The blind/switch actuator REG-K/8x/16x/10 with manual mode art. no. 649808 has been available since the beginning of May. It combines the same high blind and switching functionality with a powerful relay and a configurable manual mode. All blind channels can be changed to two switching channels each.
